Exchange policy
At February, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchases. Please review our policies regarding exchange and cancellations below:
EXCHANGE POLICY:
- We accept exchanges within 7 days of product delivery.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at help@thefebruarycompany.com to obtain a return authorization and scheduling reverse pickup
- Items eligible for exchange must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them, with all tags attached
- You may exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.
- Amount of the new product ordered should be either similar or higher of the price of exchanged item
- An amount of Rs 100 will be deducted from customers for return shipping costs
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process the exchange and ship out the new item promptly
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, as long as they have not yet been processed for shipping
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at help@thefebruarycompany.com as soon as possible with your order details
- Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may initiate an exchange according to our exchange policy
EXCEPTIONS:
- Sale or clearance items will not be eligible for exchange
