RETURN POLICY:
- Return Window: Returns are available within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition of Items: Items eligible for return must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them, with all original tags attached.
- Return Fee: A fee of Rs 100 will be deducted from the product price to cover return shipping costs.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds are issued in the form of a voucher that can be redeemed on our website within 60 days from the date of issue.
- The voucher will be sent to your registered email ID within 2 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned product at our warehouse.
- Inspection and Approval: Returns will be approved only after the product reaches our warehouse and passes an inspection to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- How to Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team help@thefebruarycompany.com to obtain a return authorization and schedule the reverse pickup.
- Additional Notes: Certain items, such as undergarments, accessories, or custom-made products, may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons or personalization. • We do not accept returns for items on final sale or promotional discounts unless they are damaged or defective
EXCHANGE POLICY:
We accept exchanges within 3 days of product delivery. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at help@thefebruarycompany.com to obtain a return authorization and schedule a reverse pickup.

Eligibility for Exchange: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them, with all tags attached. Exchanges can be made for a different size, color, or product, subject to availability.

Price Difference: The amount of the new product ordered should be either similar to or higher than the price of the exchanged item. Any price difference must be settled at the time of exchange.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, as long as they have not yet been processed for shipping
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at help@thefebruarycompany.com as soon as possible with your order details
- Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may initiate an exchange according to our exchange policy
EXCEPTIONS:
- Sale or clearance items will not be eligible for exchange
