Meet Nishtha, our fashion wizard with 16 years of experience and a degree from Pearl Academy of Fashion.

Nishtha has dressed more mannequins than she can count. After working with top designers and running her own studio for 12 years, she now leads the fashion charge at The February Company.

Her mission? To design outfits that not only fit the Indian female body but also make it sing (figuratively, of course). Every stitch and seam is a love letter to the details that make all the difference.

 

Jatin Rajpal

Head of Finance & Operations

Say hello to Jatin, the one who can turn spreadsheets into stories and a shopping trip into an art form. Armed with a degree from the Indian Institute of Management and 6 years of experience taming tech giants and luxury brands, he now keeps February running like a well-oiled machine.

From COGS to gross margins, if it’s a number, he’s on it. His secret weapon? He can scan a retail store faster than you can say “clearance sale” and spot the best outfits with laser precision.

When he’s not busy being a finance wizard, Jatin is likely strategizing our next big move, chatting with customers to fine-tune their experience, or taking a page from Robert De Niro’s “The Intern” and showing us how to blend heart with hustle.

Latisha Jaisinghani

Meet the brains behind the buzz, Latisha, the marketing magician who’s sold everything from wheels to dreams—and could school people on “Sell me this pen?” (yes, she’s that good). After managing celebs and crafting envy-worthy campaigns, she now makes sure February is on everyone’s radar.

Latisha is the mastermind who can turn any random alleyway into a high-fashion runway. Her daily ritual? A morning Instagram follower check—her personal stock market—before she twirls, tests, and approves every design as our in-house live mannequin.

And when it comes to the marketing budget, she’s been known to channel her inner Britney with a cheeky “Oops, I did it again,” because, let’s face it, you can’t put a price on fabulous. Whether she’s dazzling at a party or lounging on the beach, Latisha is living life like the celebrity she’s convinced she already is.

Fun Fact: If you loved those relationship puzzles back in school, here’s a twist: Latisha is the sister-in-law of Nishtha, who just happens to be Jatin’s sister! Yes, it’s like a real-life soap opera, but with better outfits and fewer dramatic cliffhangers.
